PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) is closely related to anxiety but can be very much different. It is normally known as a condition that those coming back from front line fighting suffer from, but it is much more common than that and often follows events as witnessing (or being involved in) crashes or accidents, being a victim of attack or abuse, bereavement, or many others.

For many of us experiencing these terrible events during our life, it may not become a problem. However , in many cases such a vivid and harrowing experience can set off a reaction which may last for months, or even years, affecting you ability to cope with everyday life. You may feel any of the below symptoms as part of the process

and you may even find yourself reliving the event again and again.

This is where I aim to help you get your life back on track. As a qualified counsellor in all areas of counselling , I can help you  move forward again with normal everyday life and come to terms with what happened.
