Bereavement affects us all at some point, and in different ways. Whatever the reason for your loss, be it a child, parent, relative, or even a much loved family pet… we all tend to feel an overwhelming sense of loss. Gradually over time, this gets easier for us to cope with, but for some people the grief is so overwhelming or goes on for so long, that you may wish to talk to someone about it and working out your feelings.
